Saudi Sheik, Saleh Al-Sidlan: The Terrorists Distorted the Religion of Islam

In his weekly religious ruling show on Saudi TV, Sheik Saleh bin Ghanem Al-Sidlan blasted those responsible for recent terror attacks in Saudi Arabia. Following are excerpts:

Sheik Sidlan: These ignorant people go out and kill both the infidels and the Muslims that are near them. They demand money and call it Jihad. This act they commit contradicts the verses of the Koran.

Check one verse, two verses, ten, twenty, or forty verses, check many verses and extensive Islamic sources and you will find they rule that these people are criminals, bloody murderers who attribute to Islam things it does not include. They distorted Islam, damaged the good reputation of Muslims and distorted the religion of Islam. Therefore, if anyone thinks of converting to Islam, when he hears of these people and their deeds and sees their extreme violence towards the hostages and how they killed them, by Allah, although he is an infidel, Muslims and Islam become most hated in his eyes.
