Al-Faraeen TV Owner Tawfiq Okasha: The Muslim Brotherhood Founded Islamic Zionism

Following are excerpts from an interview with Al-Faraeen TV owner Tawfiq Okasha, which aired on Al-Faraeen TV on June 17, 2012.


Tawfiq Okasha: There is something called “Christian Zionism.” First of all, there is Jewish Zionism, right?


Interviewer: Right.


Tawfiq Okasha: Then Christian Zionism appeared, right?


Interviewer: Yes.


Tawfiq Okasha: But we have not yet encountered Islamic Zionism, right?


Interviewer: Right.


Tawfiq Okasha: The ideology of Islamic Zionism belongs to the Muslim Brotherhood, which brought this ideology to Islam. The worst accusation ever linked to Islam was introduced into Islam by them.


We now have three types of Zionists: Jewish Zionists, Christian Zionists, and Muslim Zionists. The Muslim Zionists are the international organization of the Muslim Brotherhood, with all its branches and its ideology.


It is based upon 20 protocols: the 20 principles of Hassan Al-Banna. It was Hassan Al-Banna who laid down these principles, and they were developed, interpreted, and turned into a methodology by Sayyid Qutb. He founded a well-based ideology, known as “the Zionist ideology for the self-destruction of Islam,” while the Jewish Zionist ideology calls for the establishment of a Jewish state.
