Syrian Opposition Activist Walid Hussein: The Russians Have Become Legitimate Targets for Us

Following are excerpts from an interview with Syrian opposition activist Walid Hussein, which aired on the Al-Jazeera network on June 26, 2012.


Walid Hussein: The Russians have become legitimate targets for our heroic free men. [The Koran says:] "Slay them wherever you may find them." The Russians, their interests, and their experts constitute a legitimate target for the free men and rebels of Syria, because they are an inseparable part of this regime.
