Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister Faysal Miqdad: If Elections Were Held, Bashar Would Get Over 60% of the Vote

Faysal Miqdad: In my opinion, yes. He would get a high percentage of the vote.


Interviewer: But not 99.99%...


Faysal Miqdad: No, but he would get more than 60%...
