Sheik Ahmad Qattan's Song

The Saudi-based religious TV channel, Iqra TV, aired a monologue by Kuwaiti Sheik Ahmad Qattan in memory of Sheik Ahmad Yassin. Following are excerpts from his comments:

Sheik Ahmad Al-Qattan: Oh mothers and fathers, you must train your children every night, before they go to bed, to go on raids in order to liberate Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa, and when he goes to sleep, after reading the Koran and the bedside verses, he should recite together with you the prayer for martyrdom:

"Allah, I pray to you, in all honesty, to be martyred for Your sake." Do this every night.

Ahmad, Ahmad, Oh Yassin,

We seek martyrdom.

Ahmad, Ahmad, Oh Yassin,

We continue on the path of Jihad.

Ahmad, Ahmad, Oh Yassin,

For Al-Aqsa we are steadfast.

Respect and honor to every Mujaheed in Hamas.

Respect and honor to every Mujaheed (fighting) for Al-Aqsa.

You son of an ape, you opium fiend,

Hide the others, Oh Sharon,

Khybar, Khybar, Oh Jews

Muhammad's army will return

With a sling and a slingshot

With a sling and a slingshot

Shake, shake...

Shake the Qaynuqa' tribe

With a sling and a slingshot

Shake the Qaynuqa' tribe.
