Hurricane Katrina (2) - Iraqi Scholar Sheik Ahmad Al-Kubeissi: Allah Uses these Torments When a Nation Tyrannizes the World

Following are excerpts from an interview with Iraqi scholar Dr. Ahmad Al-Kubeissi, which aired on Dubai TV on September 4, 2005:

Sheik Kubeissi: It is peculiar that most of Allah's all-encompassing punishments are always like a tsunami: storms, floods, lightning from the sky, and heavy rain.

[...]

Allah uses these torments when a nation tyrannizes the world unjustly, oppressing, destroying their culture, degrading them, depriving them of their rights, and plundering their natural resources. Then it is struck by disasters and storms, which wipe it out within seconds, within a single day. An area which would take the world's greatest force two days to destroy is destroyed within a day. Within minutes. Just like that.
