BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT JUST AS IF YOU HAD SIGNED IT. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Service.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: By using this website, you agree to be legally bound by all of the terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right to change the terms of this Agreement or to change, modify or otherwise alter any features of this website at any time and for any purpose without notice. You should visit this page regularly and review this Agreement for the current terms of this Agreement, since your continued access or use of the website will be deemed as an irrevocable acceptance of any such changes, modifications or alterations. Areas of this website within the proprietary online service offered by MEMRI may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before making any use of those areas. Any such terms will not vary or replace the terms of this Agreement regarding any use of this website, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Your MEMRI TV Member ID: As part of the registration process, you will select a password and a Member ID. You also have to provide accurate registration information, You may not (i) select or use a Member ID of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a Member ID in which another person has rights without such person's authorization; or (iii) use a Member ID that MEMRI TV, in its sole discretion, deems offensive. Subscribers are not authorized to publish, disseminate, sell or share their primary Username and Password with any third parties or other members of their organizations. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

(a) All accounts must be registered with a valid email address that you access regularly. Accounts registered with someone else's email address, or with temporary email addresses, may be closed without notice. We may require users to re-validate their account if we believe they have been using an invalid email address. (i) Users must identify the organization, media outlet, government agency, military branch you are affiliated with.

(b) You shall notify registrationsupport@memri.org of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft.

You are responsible for all usage or activity on your MEMRI TV account. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account, at MEMRITV's sole discretion, and MEMRI TV may refer you to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

REGISTRATION: In accessing this website, you may be asked to provide registration details. It is a condition of use of this website that all the details you provide will be correct, current, and complete. If MEMRI believes the details are not correct, current, or complete, we have the right to refuse you access to the website or any of its resources.

MEMRI reserves the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple MEMRI JTTM accounts.

TERMINATION: You may terminate your account at any time by sending e-mail to: registrationsupport@memri.org. Upon termination, you will receive an automated confirmation via e-mail that the request was received, and your access will be suspended within 24 hours.

FEES AND PAYMENTS: MEMRI TV reserves the right at any time to charge fees for access to portions of the Service or the Service as a whole. However, in no event will you be charged for access to the Service unless we obtain your prior agreement to pay such charges. Thus, if at any time MEMRI TV requires a fee for portions of the Service that are now free (e.g., a domestic subscription fee), MEMRI TV will give you advance notice of such fees and the opportunity to cancel the account before such charges are imposed. Regarding all new fees, an e-mail will be sent to you from the e-mail that you have provided to set up your MEMRI TV Member ID account. All fees and charges shall be billed to and paid for by you. You shall pay all applicable taxes relating to use of the Service through your account.

Copyright Information: Digital Millennium Copyright Act - Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement. MEMRI has registered an agent with the United States Copyright Office in accordance with the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the "Act") and avails itself of the protections under the Act. Provider reserves the right to remove any Content that allegedly infringes another person's copyright. MEMRI will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, subscribers and account holders of the MEMRI system or network who are repeat infringers of another person's copyright. MEMRI may seek to gather information from the user who is suspected of violating the terms of this Agreement, and from any other user. MEMRI may suspend any users whose conduct or postings are under investigation and may remove such material from its servers as it deems appropriate and without notice. If MEMRI believes, in its sole discretion, that a violation of these terms of this Agreement has occurred, it may edit or modify any submission, posting or e-mails, remove the material permanently, cancel postings, warn users, suspend users and passwords, terminate accounts or take other corrective action it deems appropriate. MEMRI may provide personally identifiable information in response to legal process, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's request. BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT YOU WAIVE AND HOLD MEMRI HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY MEMRI DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER MEMRI OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

Governing Laws. This Terms of Use Agreement and your use of the Web site shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the District of Columbia without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Web site shall be brought exclusively in a federal court sitting in the District of Columbia.

Miscellaneous. If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the agreement will remain in place.
